Hotel reageerde enige weken later met de boodschap dat er € 2000 extra moest betaald worden met als reden >8 personen en "vrijgezellenfeest. Geen van beide was waar (juist 8 personen en geen vrijgezellenfeest). Uiteraard niet bijbetaald en dus annulatie. Hotel wilde zelfs geen waardig alternatief zoeken. Arrogant en schandalig.
Helios Benidorm, lekker eten, uitgebreid buffet, mooie ruime kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel. Leuke live muziek 's avonds en mooi buitenzwembad. Hotel is ook zeer goed gelegen. Hotel was top. We gaan zeker nog terug.
