Scam company. I purchased a Helite H-MOOV airlock backpack. Same as now: at that time their site said items would ship in 6-8 weeks. I sent them my money, and waited. Then someone on reddit told everyone that the company is essentially a rug-pull, which it is: They had backordered *$1k* items that they'd accepted money, but hadn't shipped in almost 6 months. I called Helite to get some reassurance, and they did whatever the opposite of 'reassurance' is!

I called Helite and the rep said, "I'm hoping that we're about 10 weeks from shipping items", but wouldn't commit to even that insanely-far off date. I asked if he was going to update the "6-8 weeks" timeframe listed on their site—since he just told me that 10 week shipping is now the best-case scenario—but he said he wasn't going to change the date on the site. That was 4 months ago. Items ordered in the Spring of '24 still haven't shipped.

The service I received was second to none, I ordered the women’s airbag jacket but sizing was an issue and the only option was to purchase and try the men’s jackets . Enrico was amazing and sent me a men’s jacket immediately, it was too big and he then ordered a smaller size from Europe . The dealings were professional and I was kept in the loop along the process . Although the jacket is heavy I don’t necessarily notice it riding . I look forward to the day when a true women’s size jacket can be made but in the meantime I settle for what I have . Highly recommend this supplier and true to their word .

If you accept that you are not immune from a serious motorcycle accident, and find a pattern of trustworthiness in Helite reviews, just imagine the regret of waking up in a hospital bed, with time, depending on injuries maybe a lifetime, to wish you'd spent the money on a Helite vest. Mine arrived the day before a 3-week, 5000 mile ride. I barely noticed it on top of my jacket, and would not consider riding without it. Next level safety; no looking back. If you can afford it, get it.

Grateful that my son has never had an accident that would cause the airbag to deploy. At the same time, Customer service has been very responsive to my comments and questions when initiating orders. Very helpful and prompt responses.

after the helmet the Helite Air Vest or Jacket maybe the best personal safety gear you can buy. I own two one for me and one for the occasional passenger I might have.

Very well built vest. Super comfortable - even for a guy who's 6'5" tall and 300+ lbs. When I'm riding, I don't even know i'm wearing it! Customer service is great bar none! I definitely recommend Helite to anyone that rides anything.

I crashed recently and broke 9 ribs, but didn't have a Helite on. I'm sure if I had a Helite on I wouldn't have broken any or fewer ribs. So now I don't ride without it. I don't even notice it when i'm riding. It's become part of the ritual of gearing up.

The items I ordered were delivered quickly and the recommended sizes fit perfectly.

One adventure jacket and one turtle vest (separate orders).

I have been wearing the vest now for more than 2 years - but thankfully never had need of it.
The only gripe, not even a complaint, is that it fits big. I'm a big chap, 230 lbs and 6'1", and my XL is actually too big.

Nice design, simple to use. Luckily I haven’t had the chance to test it.
