Turned up when they said they would, offered a few different solutions around installation. We all agreed on an installation method and I'd say within an hour or so it was all setup and done.

This is a great team based in Swansea
This is a great team based in Swansea, Wales, UK. They came to install my helium hotspot at my home 2 days ago. The team members are friendly and professional and when I had a question today it was easy to contact the team by phone. The Helium network is growing and I am sure it has a great future. I could have bought the equipment myself but may have had difficulties setting it all up. Heliumclub UK set it all up for free. I appreciate they will take a lot of the profits but I will have a share and if I have problems in the future I can always contact the team. I am very happy with Helium Club UK.

Had my free hotspot installed today by 3 guys who were great and definitely knew their stuff and answered all my questions. It took them 2 hours to install with the minimum of fuss. Very professional install. Thanks guys.

Free box install great service
I just had my free helium box install today, they said it would be at 10am and should take around 2 hours. They clearly know their stuff because they were there bang on 10am and finished bang on midday lol. 3 installers very polite knowledgable people took their shoes off and installed things just as i asked. No fuss at all easy install for the crew. I reccomend doing it and also if you find out what access they need and make the spaces available for them to get in and out it makes everyones day easier and they were pretty nice guys. Ive earned already since 3pm that im writing this so happy days.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. All three installers were knowledgeable and explained in detail how to set up everything on the app and how it all works. Very polite, clean and efficient. Even when my installation wasn't straight forward due to the set up in the loft they adapted it to suit. Highly recommend.
