Poor !

Customer service is non existent and you just get ignored ! Probably too big a company to be bothered with individual customers. Fair enough, will avoid in the future !

Plastics are brittle and terrible quality

2 seperate incidences:

1. have recently purchased a Hella rear light for my camper to replace one in which a hairline crack appeared, letting in water. The plasic is so thin, cheap and nasty. The new rear light cost €250 plus big postage cost from Germany.
Really, the quality is disgusting.

2. A few years ago I replaced the 2 rear Hella marker lights on my camper as they were cracked. I bought 2 identical Hella rear oval marker lights.
After habitation water damage to the rear left hand side of the camper, it turns out that water entered into the camper through a crack in the light. In fact, both rear marker lights are cracked in exactly the samep place and both have trapped water running around inside!

This lack of quality from Hella is more than a disgrace, it should be considered negligence.
