WARNING fleeces your trade without evidence
WARNING. Do not use. Did a trade through these guys, they dropped the rate manually by 6-7% when it should have been max 3% for tainted coins, fleecing me of about $250 due to "dirty" coins due to apparent gambling (I don't gamble and never have) - they didn't offer to reverse the transaction or cancel it, nor did they send me the report when they said they would, they just took the money out of the full advertised trade amount costing me $250. I didn't agree to this in their terms of service or anywhere.
When I asked, again they refused to provide the AML report of the tainted wallet or coins. They don't note the original advertised rate in the transaction record and didn't provide how they calculated the lower exchange rate. They just sent the new trade amount on their own accord whatever they chose - refused to assist, provide audit details and ignored messages on support chat.

Hello dear customer, despite the high AML signal we made the exchange for you at the most favorable rate among competitors, the exchange was made with a commission of 2% due to the sharp fall of XMR and the growth of LTC, at the same time we did not even remove the commission from our side. It is a pity that you write untrue reviews and also AML the result was immediately provided to you in a separate file.
