Hello Neighbour took over my existing Tenants last year as I was getting a terrible service from the previous Estate Agents who were failing to manage my property for me.
I had new Tenants come in this year which Hello Neighbour found really quickly. The whole experience has been seamless and completely stress free, I'd like to commend both Isabella who handled the new tenancy and all that entails, who was always helpful, professional and made it all as easy as it could be as well as Josh, who has been managing my property since I came on board with Hello Neighbour, who is always helpful, friendly and on hand to look after my property and who gets things sorted when necessary with no fuss

I had an exceptional experience with Hello Neighbour, and I can’t praise Josh enough for his outstanding support. Josh was incredibly kind, understanding, and respectful. He took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and provided clear, informative guidance that helped me feel more at ease. His professionalism and compassion truly set him apart — I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend Hello Neighbour to anyone seeking reliable and caring property management.

The agents are very easy to work with and responded promptly to all my enquiries. Reasonable fees compared to others.

No one has any information about any properties. Asked for additional info and couldn’t answer any basic questions that they should have been able to answer - e.g. parking, rent amount, general info about the property.

When calling, they again still couldn’t help and then advised that I would have to keep calling them to get any info as they were unable to reach out to me?!?!

Appreciate a time may have not been on hand to book the second viewing, however to be told I would have to contact you at multiple points in the “hope” that you had further info about a second booking instead of someone reaching out to me, is just bad customer service.
When viewing the property, the agent could provide absolutely no information about anything to do with the property and told me to refer to the listing? The most bizarre, unorganised and unprofessional viewing I have ever attended.

We've been thrilled with the Hello Neighbour team. Super responsive and proactive, have made handling our house really straightforward, which I really didn't think it would be. I am sure the tenants are very happy with them. Outstanding value for money. Couldn't recommend more

Excellent, attentive, friendly staff who seem like they genuinely care about treating landlords and tenants fairly. A nice change from the usual high street estate agents who are only out for themselves! Long may that continue.

I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hello Neighbour. As a first-time landlord I found the whole experience very daunting and the team have supported and reassured me the whole way through. I have dealt with Carlo Cencherle who was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and Isabella Frost who I could not speak more highly of. Not only was she responsive, friendly, professional, and communicative, she was very supportive when the tenants fell through last minute and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.
Everything from beginning to end has been clear, with no hidden charges. Fantastic company!

The person managing my property, Victoria Berry, has been the key factor in making my experience with Hello Neighbour so brilliant. I was first drawn to the company because of the low rates, but I have stayed with them thanks to Vicrtoria's incredible support with managing my property. She has taken over pretty much every small issue, ensuring as simple a resolution as possible with minimal input from myself, and where needed she has summarised the issues perfectly and structured my options so that it has been easy to resolve.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent their property!

Hello Neighbour went above and beyond my expectations regarding renting out my London property!
They are not only super transparent on their fees - so there are no complicated calculations to make but they also helped me with electrical and gas certificates, finding cleaners etc... every time I had a question they had a solution. Super helpful and super friendly!

I’ve been a landlord for a while, used the services of different letting agents. Whilst my experience has overall not been too bad, Josh from Hello Neighbour excels at his job. He understands issues, is always prompt and deals with them professionally. In short Josh “gets it in one” . I can highly recommend Josh as a great example of a good letting agent.

This was my first time using an estate agent that isn’t brick and mortar.
Javier explained the processes and kept me updated. This included letting me know if I need to do something or if I needed to contact my future tenant for something.
When Javier was out of office, his colleague promptly dealt with any queries that I had.
The whole process was very smooth and removed most of the pain associated with setting up a new tenant.
