I had my second hand double pram cleaned by Sarah from Hello Baby and the results were amazing! I tried giving the pram a clean myself when I first purchased it but I couldn’t shift the stale smell that it had as it had previously been kept in storage. The pram came back to me and it smells amazing and is spotless! Would 100% recommend Sarah for a good deep clean on your existing pram or second hand pram - she’s amazing and very reasonably priced!

I was going backward and forth if I wanted to buy a new travel system or save money and get a preloved one, This being my second baby I know how expensive it can get and when I came across the pram I wanted and had been searching for on hellobabystore I couldn’t pass it up knowing its had all been cleaned professionally etc had put my mind at ease. The pram’s came quickly and you wouldn’t be able to tell it was preloved my partner had even questioned me on it. I couldn’t be thankful enough and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Sarah was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, she even sourced another pram for us when the one we liked sold.
No question was too much and she provided us with extra videos and pictures of the bundle. Everything was really seamless and arrived so quickly, and in perfect condition!
It made buying our pram for our first baby super easy and a lovely experience.
