I had mine delivered in May. I just put the blue band on this week and the plastic has snapped already. Apple Watch straps don’t break

Tricked.
I just received my order and the quality of the bands are very low and flimsy. I should have known from the Zero reviews and comments.
I emailed them about a return and refund and looks like they have the same customer service as the other brand which is My Pretty Straps. This was very strange to me.
I hope I can get a full refund as I will not be wearing their watch bands. 😕
UPDATE : June 8th 2024
-I received a reply from Hello Bands who are also affiliated with Pretty Straps.
-They will not refund me fully as they were dancing around only refunding me $14 and I can keep the straps.
-I wrote back that I want my full refund as I was not satisfied with the quality as they were flimsy like suspenders from the Dollar Store
-I never got a reply back so looks like I was scammed $63 😓
-my advice : do not order anything from Hellobands.co

Hellobands ( also known as My pretty strap ) sell rubbish. I purchased two bands that constantly needed to be tightened because they get looser as the time wears on. They refused a refund. Beware. DON’T buy these defective Apple Watch bands
