Dispute

Definitely do not buy from this seller. The goods were not delivered, they said they were lost, they did not return the money and there was no communication or compensation.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Ordered an item (not cheap) - received something nothing like the photo or description. Been going on for weeks now no refund no response / don’t buy from here!!!

No Refund, No Response – Feels Like a Scam

I ordered a blazer from HelloBella using my husband’s email, and the quality was terrible: uneven stitching, loose threads, and poor craftsmanship overall. I immediately contacted customer support, provided all necessary details, and even attached photos of the defects.

Despite numerous emails over several weeks, I have still not received my refund or any clear resolution. Customer support keeps delaying the process, and now they’ve completely stopped responding. This feels like a deliberate scam to avoid issuing refunds.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I will never shop with HelloBella again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs.

Please don't buy from this lot

Please don't buy from this lot. After nearly a month from a purchase, I got a delivery notification, but delivery. Customer services have dragged their heels for a further 2 weeks, simply saying it arrived. Their proof of delivery is a word doc with the address and no actual proof. Service team have a bad attitude and they aren't a legitimate company. Avoid!

Poor quality item

Poor quality item. Fits terribly, no label and looks as though it has been worn before. No response whatsoever when I emailed them about returns. Item looks nothing like advertised. Very disappointed and will never buy from this company again.

No order received and emails ignored...

I should probably have read some reviews before buying something with this company...

I placed an order a month ago and haven't received anything. I've emailed them several times and only once received an automated reply, the other emails were ignored (including the one requesting a refund).

It has a .co.uk URL, but I very much doubt this company is based out of the UK.

Honestly, I would avoid like the plague.

Very poor site and customer service

My order was very late arriving
and was very poorly made and only fit for the bin !
I’ve tried contacting them several times to be able to return the item but with no luck, apparently I can have 25% of the cost of the item or choose something else. Also on the terms and conditions of the returns policy it states it will be £25 costs to return the order.
I have tried to contact them again but they don’t reply.
Item was shipped from China and was not as seen on their website.

No package ever arrived

First of all im going to address the web address, Despite this company having a uk email they are infact based out of China.

Having placed an order of 1 item (a Monaco jumper) on the 3rd Nov 2024 on the 26th of Nov I am still waiting for the package to arrive. I do believe I have been scammed.

I have emailed this company 7 times in all complaining about their 4-7 day delivery promise & now my patience is wearing thin.

I'm being fobbed off, lied to, excuses made & unfortunately have nothing to show for it as nothing has arrived at all, the tracking doesn't look right either.

I have heard every excuse known to man about being sorry and they had shipping problems and high demand & lack of materials etc... I have asked for a refund 5 times but am still fighting to get one while waiting for another response filled with excuses and asking me to wait just 1-2 days more, Again...

I would avoid this company if you don't want to be disappointed.
