It was suggested by my doctor to try bona fide. So I ordered several boxes since it was a better deal. After trying these suppositories, I decided that it wasn't working, but I would wait and try again another time. I did and they were hard as a brick even though they were not expired according to the box it said I have till June 30, 2026. I called the company and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I offered to send them back if they would just replace them or refund my money. They said no. So my suggestion to you, whoever is thinking about ordering any of these products do not order more than one. It is not worth it why because now I am stuck with five boxes. I learned a difficult lesson and I do not want anybody else to have to go through this. I think it's highly unfair because they're not expired. So I would not recommend these products to anyone.

The vaginal inserts are great however the Thermela for hot 🥵 flashes is a NO GO.. Why use MALTODEXTRIN??? For the price of the product you can do better than this cheap thickening agent that’s absolutely terrible or you! If you have any blood sugar issues or gut issues stay far away fr this product. Extremely disappointed that a company that offers “Natural” old use this!

I actually really liked the Ristella mixes; however, they use somewhat deceptive tactics. They offer discounts for ordering more and doing subscriptions; however they don't remind you that subscriptions are being mailed before they "process" the order so you're not able to cancel things or skip. And processing is not actually when the items ship. They are also "happy to accept" returns of anything that's not wanted, but they charge handling fees and make you jump through hoops that include several screens trying to upsell you.

My nurse practitioner recommended I try their vaginal moisturizer, Revaree. It does what it’s advertised to do. I’m grateful. The company has been great to work with.
