Erik and another lady attended our property to do a deep clean yesterday. They did a great job and were happy to clean bits that were pointed out to them, like the fireplace and little cupboards (the property is empty) will defiantly use this company’s services again.

(Four stars for the company) Only advice I have for the company is their staff should be wearing a polo shirt of some kind of uniform with the company’s details on. Or ID. If I was elderly or vulnerable I would be apprehensive at letting 2 people into my house with no ID or uniform.

The company offers a deep clean on their website which promises a "full home refresh" and "attention to detail" for a "spotless home". We paid just under £400 so expected it to be a very thorough clean, with all areas cleaned and furniture moved and cleaned under.

Unfortunately a deep clean was not the service we received. Many areas were missed, and the clean took a total of three hours. We have a three bedroom house so I would expect this clean to take much longer if done thoroughly.

Areas missed included under furniture, interior windows (and lower exterior, which we had asked for), multiple mirrors, headboards, multiple surfaces, multiple picture frames, multiple skirting boards.

The bathroom had clearly not been scrubbed there was still mould/limescale build up around the tap and sink. It was clean but not deep cleaned. The tiles in the shower were still dirty and the tray hadn’t been removed or cleaned.

We sent photos afterwards of many of the areas missed but were only offered a re-clean of the areas missed (which we were told would cost us more if there were extra areas). Upon rejecting this offer we were offered a 10% refund.

We were told that we should have itemised specific items in the room that needed cleaning (ie the bathroom blind.) If you are paying that much money for a deep clean then you can usually assume that everything will be cleaned and you don’t have to list separate items.

Regrettably, I won’t be using this service again and recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a thorough deep clean which would pass end of tenancy checks.

I don’t usually complain about services and can’t fault the cleaning team themselves (who arrived promptly, were professional and did a good clean enough in the time that they had) but the company is promising a deep clean and not delivering on that. They should avoid advertising the deep clean using the words “spotless” and “attention to detail” etc on the website if they know that multiple areas are not cleaned. You shouldn’t have to itemise furniture/areas if buying a deep clean.

My husband booked an end of tenancy cleaning and paid extra for the conservatory, expecting a proper “deposit-ready” result as advertised. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.
The cleaners refused to clean the conservatory roof from the inside, saying it was too tall, even though it’s a standard-sized roof. They didn’t bring a ladder and wouldn’t use the stepping stool we offered. The kitchen hob and extractor weren’t degreased, the bathroom wasn’t descaled properly, and we had to repeatedly point out missed areas like mirrors, corners, and spider webs.
The appointment was booked for 9am, but the cleaner called at 9:30 asking to move it to 2pm and still arrived late with no updates. We ended up waiting the entire day and leaving the property after 6pm.
This was not a proper deep clean and certainly not “deposit ready.” We’ve had to go back ourselves to clean areas that should have been covered. If your cleaners aren’t equipped or trained to handle conservatories, this service shouldn’t be offered.
I’ve requested a full refund for the conservatory and a partial refund for the bathroom and kitchen. Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the cost or stress.

Shocking experience. Paid £230 for an end of tenancy clean 1 bed flat. Cleaners turned up 20 mins late, not am issue. An hour and 20 minutes later they told me they were done. I was so shocked- my normal cleaner takes longer than that! When I got home I realised why- it didn’t look like they touched it. Surfaces still had food marks on them, floor still dusty, not hoovered under the bed, and couldn’t see they had done any of the windows I had paid to be be done (internally and externally) In the meantime the estate agent is asking me when the cleaners are coming back because “it doesn’t look like they’ve touched this”

I called up to complain. Michael sent me the complaints form like it was a standard procedure he does everyday.I asked for a re clean. Was told they are investigating and will get back to me. I rang up for an update. He told me they were trying to arrange it with the cleaner. I explained I had new tenants coming in in 2 days so need to know if his cleaners will be doing it or not so I can make alternative arrangements. I was told to email my request (even though this had all already been done through the complaints process )

I got no response from them about a reclean despite being clear about my time requirements. I had no option but to pay another company to do the work.
