A quick and easy way to get your passport!
This service is great and I highly recommend it. The whole process was simple, and everything was spelled out very clearly. An associate kept in touch during the process, and texts came through to inform me of the status of my passport application every step of the way. Before I knew it, I had my passport! Super all the way.

Everyone I dealt with was terrific. Answered any and all questions, and followed up with me. Perfect service.
I was not aware when I found Hello.Gov online that it was a concierge service and would cost so much more. Since I was not in a situation that required a rush on my passport, it was definitely a luxury. That being said, the service provided was excellent, and worth the price if you can afford it.

Expire passport renewal
While getting my passport renewed took longer than I assumed it would Hellogov’s employees where very efficient at following up on my inquiries as to the status of the renewal.

HelloGov provided excellent service for US Passport Renewal/Application
HelloGov provided excellent service for the renewal/application of my US Passport. The service followed my progress and informed me of the next steps for completion of the application. It continued to update me with the progress of the application after I mailed and signed all the document to the US Government.
My only concern was the fact that I had either missed the notice or HelloGov never provided an explanation and purpose of the fees I paid up front was a service fee to HelloGov in addition to the fee to the US Government Passport Office. I almost thought I was being scammed.
However, I have received my new Passport and Passport card. I am hopeful I will receive my old expired passport soon from USPS. Therefore I can give a good review of HelloGov Service.
