Pointless Ripoff
This is not a passport renewal company. They will charge you an extra $200 for a form you could have driven to Staples and gotten. Made it difficult to cancel. Never do business with this scammer.

Updates Experience
I was kept updated through out the whole process, even informing me that my original birth certificate was not accepted because it did not have the state seal. I was able to quickly rectify that problem and mailed in the required certificate and was informed when the application was finally approved and again when the passport was on its way.

Super fast and great customer service
I changed the service to expedite to urgent and customer service was so helpful. I called a few times, when i called too early and went to voicemail, I hung up and he called me back a few minutes later. I also shipped my passport on Friday and received it by Thursday morning. I was very surprised at the great service and speediness.

Fast, easy, and 100% worth it. I received my baby’s passport just ONE week after submitting everything at the post office—honestly amazing.
The concierge service is super responsive (even late at night), which was a lifesaver as a sleep-deprived new mom. They made the entire process simple and stress-free.
I was told at the post office that HelloGov might be a scam… definitely not true. My experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!
