Since Scooters Australia got Taken Over by Hellomobility.com.au in Brisbane QLD Australia ,sad to say these guys are totally Useless & Have a "we don't give a damn" Attitude for the disabled. I Have already paid for a New Tire but even though a necessity to use my mobility scooter They Say only 1 Tech working so a 2 week wait. As My Tire is nearly flat & the Tech stuck no valve in it so I can't even blow it up. Since I have already paid for the work when previous service was done, I have to go through with the Wait even though the tech that day was the one that forgot my tire tube. They are Literally Trapping me in my own home. Even though a take over, they even gave such a hassle on My NDIS Funding that we were forced to go through the paperwork mountain once again as they didn't transfer my paperwork over. But In The Future I will avoid these guys like The Plague. Don't go Near Them. Plenty of Other Companies. They are loosing a Lifelong Customer. Give the Company back to Scooters Australia.
