Fast Shipping! I purchased the Nancy Lemon.
This product has many settings and works. The hole that stimulates the clitoris seems smaller than most products similar to this one. I have numerous clitoral stimulators. My favorite was the Satisfyer Traveler which was discontinued. Since then I’ve purchased many online and in stores. I took a chance with the Nancy Lemon because I did a search on stimulators for small clitoris and this came up. I’m glad I did, this Lemon doesn’t disappoint. Like any toy you have to find your preferred setting. It has a constant unwavering setting ( my favorite) and a variety of other settings. My sensitivity is between 2 levels. The nice thing about the lemon in this case is that you can hold it above the clitoris and barely brush against it. It doesn’t have to be pressed onto you. But you can do that too if you need that force. The lemon shape is easy to hold and I don’t find my hand cramping.
If you are a woman who has had changes and shrinking of your clitoris due to hormonal changes, this product is worth the price. None of my other toys have stimulated me so well. The best way to describe is It left me with post orgasm pleasure shocks through my lower body for several minutes after. I haven’t had that in such a long time. It performs thoroughly. I try to use it daily.
I’d give this 5 . The only reason I gave it 4 is the power , setting button is closer to the tip than I’d like. I wish it was a bit further back. It can be distracting to try and find the button during playtime. It also isn’t whisper quiet.

I was pulled in by social media and I'm glad I was! The Nancy lemon is my first adult toy! It has been a great intro. I was telling a friend about how discreet it was. My only pitfall with the lemon is that it doesn't always stay charged long enough for me to get off! That may be a me thing though--- on medications that take time. I contacted Hello Nancy the same day I received my item because it was not what I expected. I emailed immediately requesting a return and a full refund, and I already have the unused item ready to ship back.

I initially received a quick and helpful response from Momo, who was great and escalated my case. However, since then I have been waiting over 48 hours with no further updates. It now feels like I’ve been left without communication, and there is no customer service phone number to follow up with directly.

While the first response was prompt, all follow-up emails after that have gone unanswered, which has been frustrating given I am trying to resolve this quickly and properly.

I’m still hoping for a resolution, but better communication and follow-through would really improve the customer experience.

**update, after telling me they could not give me a refund they made an exception. While appreciated the process was frustrating . Also, if they give 100 percent guarantee the first 30 days they should at least let you view the product even if the bag is sealed. You cannot even see the product. That was my recommendation to them

My experience with the Lemon has been out of this world. I am 51 and perimenopausal. It is difficult for me to achieve an orgasm, but with the Lemon that took absolutely no time at all. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I was hesitant about spending that much on just a toy (habitual cheap vibe purchaser here) and figured it was just going to be a waste of money. I am pleased to say its definitely a toy I've reached for multiple times. There wasn't much of a learning curve and after soaking a towel on the third round I was quite impressed.
