Great product and customer service, I have rosacea and after 10 sessions I have noticed a big difference in my breakouts.

Easy to use and only 10 minutes a day is all you need. It has helped take redness out of my face im on week 4 and look forward to seeing the continued benefits of i have recieved from using the Led light therapy

I have been consistently using the LED Therapy Mask Plus since start of march so 6 months now and have had the best results. I've had really bad acne and scarring for a good 15+ years now so have tried absolutely everything you can think of to get rid of it. This is the only thing that has worked, I no longer get pimples at all!!!! And the scarring has faded dramatically. I use mode 4, blue light first and then mode 3 Red + NIR. Thank you <3

I’ve been using the face & neck mask religiously every day for about 6 weeks, have noticed a difference with a lightening of pigmentation & my skin has a lovely feel to it, also the skin on my neck feels firmer, not as saggy, with continued use I should see more results

I have used the LED face mask 6 days a week for 10mins a day on mode 6 for the last 6 weeks. I was initially skeptical about whether it would make any differences, however, have noticed I no longer get pimples on my chin and upper lip (or anywhere on my face) and my dark spots (pimple scars) have significantly faded. I am extremely happy with the results. I don’t like the idea of treatments that are time consuming, but I just pop it on for 10mins whilst watching TV so it’s so easy to stick to the routine.

My experience began with Fast delivery with LED mask. I bought the mask for face and dec. easy to follow instruction book and each mask has its own portable power source. The neck and Dec goes flat faster as it has more lights. I have seen a real improvement in my 66 year old skin. Subtle improvements. I bought mine mid March and use it about 5 times a week I have recommended this mask to my sister and co worker as good value for money.

I purchased the face and neck LED mask. I have been them religiously every night for about 3 months with no noticeable results. I realise it might need more time so happy to continue to use. My biggest disappointment is with the charger life. I get 3 maybe 3.5 x 10 minute uses before they need charging again. It’s SO frustrating. I have contacted customer care about this and was told to take a video of the problem? Seriously?

I love this led mask so much!

I purchased the led plus + neck piece and have been using it every night for the past couple of months. I have rosacea so my skin is super sensitive / red. I have definitely noticed my skin is so much more calmer and my redness has reduced so much since using the led mask. I don't have any skin concerns on my neck area so I haven't noticed any difference on my neck, but I purchased the neck piece to use to prevent aging since I'm 34!

My partner also has the led plus face mask and has only been using it for 3 weeks and his skin looks glowy and is much smoother. (He works outside so his skin has to deal with all the different weather!)

I have the IPL Hair Removal Pro, and am starting to get great results already, will definitely keep it up! I also ordered the clay mask, but got sent the foaming face wash instead. They were great with communication from Marcela C, and went over and above to remedy the situation & even got to keep the face wash for free! Will definitely recommend.

I was recently given the Hello Silky LED mask by a friend and have already noticed a real difference. My skin looks firmer and more youthful, and the mask is so easy to use and set up. I highly recommend it!

I bought a face and neck led mask from them and a lot of light stop working just after 3 months of use. I email them and they reply with options like repair or they will sent me a new one. Then they claim there is no stock. Then they reply with delay of stock arriving. After that no more reply. I try to chase it up but still no reply. I will not recommend them.
BUT they have contacted me and sent me the replacement mask and gift to rectify the problem. If they make a mistake, they will make it right. So give them a go and try out their products.
