Hello Tickets offer a full refund !
I purchased two tickets 03/01/26 to watch Newcastle United play Sunderland AFC today Sunday 22nd March at St. James's Park. I was told the tickets would arrive approx 24 hours before the match which did happen, but the tickets were not in a format that was openable on the Internet and couldn't be downloaded After 2 hours of work by my IT Consultant we got one ticket, the other arriving only the night before with a bar code on it. . We drove from London for this match and on arrival found the tickets were denied entry. They were issued by Hello Tickets SL via I JK Events of the UAE. They cost £295 each.
However when I raised this issue with Hello Tickets they rapidly apologised for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund which was welcome. I understand this takes up to 10 days to arrive and the credit is awaited
