Brilliant communication and service
I bought tickets for Tame Impala in Lyon through Hellotickets after it sold out on line. We live in the UK, the concert was in France. It felt risky buying resell tickets, but I shouldn’t have worried, it went perfectly, the communication was excellent, would definitely recommend.

The ticketing process was smooth so do not have any doubts about trusting this site.
The only downside was the appalling view you get in the Arthur Waite stand at Selhurst Park with the media gantry and roof obscuring a lot of the view. But the atmosphere made up for that.

Let down 2 hour before kick off
Booked baseball tickets back in January for a game on 8th April. The game started at 15:07. They emailed me at 12.53 on the day of the game to say they could not fulfil the order. I live in London and the game was in Toronto. Just use ticketmaster.
Posting this after seeing hellotickets reply. They obviously blame the event organisers for cancelling the tickets but you could still buy tickets through ticketmaster for the event and I did. They were cheaper and just two blocks from the helloticket seats. My review therefore remains the same. What is the point in helloticket if they cannot secure the tickets? I would love them to share details of when the organisers cancelled my tickets but I doubt they will be that brave!
