This company uses deeply misleading pricing tactics that feel designed to catch customers out.

At the start of the booking process, a “total price” is clearly displayed. However, after you’ve gone through the process and even selected your payment method — at the exact point most people assume the price is final — additional charges are suddenly added.

These are not optional extras. They are mandatory fees that should have been included from the outset.

This kind of drip pricing is not only unethical, it completely undermines trust. By the time the extra costs appear, you are already committed and focused on completing the purchase — which feels intentional.

I would strongly advise anyone using this site to check the final price extremely carefully before paying, as the initial “total” is not actually the true total.

I have raised this as a formal complaint and will be reporting it to the relevant UK consumer authorities.

I ordered a Ticket for Iron Maiden at Knebworth .
Since then i have seen several sketchy reviews. Based on this i contacted customer services and asked who they have secured said ticket through to give me piece of mind .
So far NO ONE can give me a straight answer, its all generic replies .... Because of this i purchased another ticket through a recognised supplier for this event and have had my ticket already .
If they have secured a ticket with say Ticketmaster why have i not received it ????
They are refusing to refund as well , which goes against many resale laws etcetc . I hope they cpme through as if not i will throw everything i have at this to not only get my money back but expose them ....

The overall experience was very pleasant. It was also very easy to place a ticket order. No problems whatsoever in placing the order and delivery service was great !! I recommend this company for ticket orders. Carol

Hellotickets refused to cancel tickets bought in error for a football match. As we all know ticket agencies re-sell tickets above their face value - now not legitimate in the UK. I offered to pay the transaction fee as the error made was not in my control. Hellotickets hide behind an approach that they have no control over ticket problems; this is close to being a scam. Be warned about the small print used; they deny any responsibility. A pity they are not based in the UK as they would be subject to UK legisaltion.

Easy to purchase tickets. Bought tickets for the Vegas Knights ice hockey team Vs Vancouver Canucks. The stadium map and seating plan made it easy to find where seats were available and the prices. All the usual payment options.
Note: for popular sports events tickets are released a few days before the event. The ticket platform AXS app has to be downloaded to get the tickets electronically even though the order says delivered by email

I bought tickets from this company for a Tash Sultana show in October. They charged me but I never received the tickets.

When I contacted them, they told me to accept the tickets via email. I didn't understand why I had to accept tickets that were sent under a private person's name via the company's email. When the show was postponed for a year, I didn't get a refund because "I had accepted the tickets from a third party". This is completely unfair, as they sent them to me via their own email and even instructed me to accept them. There was no information in their message that accepting the tickets from a third party like this would make them non-refundable. They told me to contact the person who sold the tickets, but they never provided any information about this person and I couldn't find any information about him anywhere. I believe this person doesn't exist and that the company is trying to cover up the situation very badly.

They also tried to blame Ticketmaster NL for the problem and gave several explanations, but unfortunately none of them were correct. I will take this matter up with the consumer protection authorities in my country, as what happened seems like fraud. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Hellotickets gave us an Amazing last minute deal on tickets to the Brooklyn Nets game in the Barclays Center! We had excellent seats at a great deal! I will certainly order tickets from them again! Thank you!

Your customer service was amazing, kind, fast and professional. The part that challenged me was that I had to wait for the tickets and until they arrived I didn't know if they would even arrive. It was a stressful and a bit frustrating.

Tickets arrived a few days before the event, which took the anxiety out of last minute delivery.
Fairly straightforward access to tickets, but you needed to down load two different apps which was slightly confusing and seemed unnecessary.

Very helpful every step of the way and the concert was great!
