Do not book with Hellotickets
I had booked the Lourve, Paris and was told I would receive tickets 24 hours before booking time. Tickets were never received, continuous follow up on my end to be told tickets would be coming, then they were having technical issues and thats why there are no tickets and still no follow up on their end. Worst part I've tried to book elsewhere and its completely sold out so we've missed the opportunity to see the Lourve because of this company's poor unprofessional service.

Hello,
I am a 31 years old girl, serious, environmental engineer and I do not use to write reviews but I think this one is important to help futur customers.
Helloticket connects you via their app to amigo tour usa with who I had a bad experience.
I booked a Niagara falls tour on December 2023 from NY with Helloticket and their contractor amigotourusa and I was on time waiting the D day and the bus has never come and no one contacted me and when I called the bus apparently passed already and is to far now. They proposed me to refund me 17dollars when I paid 170 dollars for this trip!
Just avoid them and book with another company. I use to travel and I use other companies to book my activities now like getyourguide for example.
I advice maybe to pay a little extra but to an honnest company. You can lose a lot of money and time if you book with them. I totally boycot them.

Go Direct to the Venue for the Performance you wish to see. AVOID using this company. I paid $195 for a ticket with the retail price of $85. I realised at the event, when sitting in a seat that was the penultimate row of the Stalls, that I could have bought the same ticket direct for $85 or close to, acknowledging that there can be 'service charges'. Certainly I could have bought for $100. Initially I thought I had been 'allocated' the wrong ticket and seat, for the fees I paid. The company wrote back at all times, clearly stating and with eloquence, each email detailing and justifiyingthe fees. I have learned an important lesson. BE patient. Land in New York. Go to the Box Office of the theatre showing the production you wish to see and BUY DIRECT. Yes, sometimes, shows are new and ticket sales explode, but especially if you are solo, as was I, a one off ticket can often be found. Herewith Hello Tickets justification for a charge well in excess of 100% OVER and ABOVE the ticket price:
..."The difference in price you indicate is due to handling fees and taxes, whose total amount is shown before approving the payment and finalizing the purchase process. These fees indicated are to cover all costs associated with getting our tickets to you. That includes website content, live customer service seven days a week in different languages, our different payment methods and costs, and the maintenance and enhancement of our technology to provide the smoothest ticketing experience to the venues you want."

Please do not use this company to purchase tickets, just go direct to seller, should you need assistance they just refuse to help.
I purchased two tickets for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York and accidentally booked them for the day I was travelling home, my mistake admittedly. I immediately emailed them asking could I move my reservation to an earlier performance and they declined and said its a worldwide theatre policy not to exchange tickets. This may be true however I find it incomprehensible that this requested cant be arranged as there is 4 shows per day of this event and as it currently stands there is hundreds and hundreds of tickets available for each performance.
The dismissive response from Hello Tickets without even taking a look into it is appalling. I am gutted to have fell for this website, as all they have done is purchase the tickets through ticketmaster which i could of done myself!!
Avoid this unhelpful middle man!!

And in this case the Radio City Christmas Spectacular is no exception to this rule, so we are not allowed to cancel reservations made on behalf of a customer, so, regrettably, we were unable to make the cancellation.
