We bought tickets from them, but the instructions they provided were incorrect. And still they refuse to provide a refund. Do not buy tickets from them unless you want to be scammed!

Onbereikbaar en geen tickts voor een voetbalwedstrijd ontvangen. Wel een vaag whatsapp bericht ontvangen met frauduleuze content en een email die linkt naar een onveilig aangemerkte website. Ik raad jullie aan andere aanbieders te gebruiken. Dit is een scam! Hieronder het whatsapp bericht:

Hi, it's Ellie from the ticket dispatch. Thank you for your ticket purchase for MANCHESTER CITY V LIVERPOOL (FA CUP).

Your tickets will be sent to you no later than 24 hours before the event. Before entering the stadium, please make sure to carefully read the instruction sheet attached to your tickets.

If you experience any issues on matchday, please get in touch with the number provided (this number) and do not go to the ticket office under any circumstances. If you go to the ticket office, we will no longer be able to assist you, and your tickets will be void.

Please only save the ticket on the END USERS' phone; the ticket link will only work ONCE.

If stewards ask for ID, please tell them you have forgotten your ID and walk away from them!

Please save this number and reply to this message to confirm that you understand the procedure. Failure to reply may result in your tickets being sent later than 24 hours before the event.

I am still waiting for the tickets for Bon Jovi's concert in Edinburgh in August 2026.I bought them on 13th November 2025. I also sent reminder to the official site without any feedback. I am so disappointed. The question mark is whether I will ever receive my tickets.?

I bought tickets for a Real Madrid game. All went smooth. This was the second time I used Hello Tckets. Both times I’ve been very satisfied.

A bit skeptical at first due lack of information but everything went fine. Tickets arrived a week ahead of Six Nations game, smooth entry on venue, very nice seats and view.

Still haven't heard a response or a refund - Of course I haven't because it is scam company looking like a real company. INVALID TICKETS - My son bought tickets to the Chelsea V Pathos game 21.1.26 - Chelsea booking office advised tickets were invalid and he was refused entry. We have had no reply from this company and no refund of £310.00 since. DO NOT USE

Hellotickets sold tickets for what seemed to be a Bruno Mars concert, but it was actually a tribute band. This was only made clear after buying the tickets.
They first refused to cancel and still sent the tickets via the official ticket seller. I refused them. Only after the event and a lot of frustrating communication did I get a refund.
Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. My advice is to first look on the website of the official ticket seller of the event.

Tickets purchased on December 22 for Disneyland Paris were never delivered.
After contacting customer service, I received an email on the same day confirming that I would receive a full refund (almost €300).
To this day, no refund has been received. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but I have received no response at all.
Very disappointing experience. Lack of communication and failure to refund money after confirmation is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking through this company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their services and tickets are misleading and customer service is none existent since they never respond. My mother bought tickets for an upcoming Los Angeles Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings game. She purchased what she believed were seats inside the arena to watch the game.

However, after completing the purchase, we received an email stating that these tickets are for the Lexus Club only and do not include access to the actual game arena. Nowhere during the purchase process was it mentioned or disclosed that these tickets did not include entry to the game itself. The listing was misleading — once you select the tickets, you are immediately directed to the payment page, with no clear indication of the true seating details or access restrictions.

This lack of transparency is deceptive and feels like a scam. We have tried to reach out to their customer service multiple times, but have not received a response yet. + we have yet to receive the tickets, so are they even real?!

Therefore, I’m ranking this company for what it is, a scam.

We've had a great winter e-bike trip trough Montreal and everything went great. Easy access on the tickets and a clear communication.

Its a SCAM site! Dont buy anything and dont believe anything they say not to refund the money or the shit show they do to make you believe that they will provide the tickets. We paid&bought tickets 6 months ago, they said they will send the tickets- even after 30 min after the start of the show, they were still trying to stall us saying they will provide the tickets from another site&then asked for extra money!

Very nice and cozy tour with guide Janele who also showed her singing and guitar skills during the tour. Highly recommended in Nashville.

Today we went to the mosque in Abu Dhabi. It was a nice and friendly travel group. Our guide Arslan and his manager driver did everything to please everyone. Arslan told in a nice way about the differences between the emirates Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fully responsible for his guests Arslan advised the dress code for men and women. In an expert manner we were guided through the mosque by Arslan. We enjoyed it very much. Arslan thanks for your expertise and the driver for the safe journey there and back. Cristina was a good guide, she knew a lot. And I was in a Spanish spoken tour and therefore the group was very small. That’s always pleasant. I learned a lot from Cristina.
