900 USD for tickets worth 420 USD
I paid 5,756 DKK (approximately 900 USD) for two tickets to the NFL game in London (12/10/2025) and received seats worth 420 USD.
My advice: avoid the setup where they give you the seats long after your purchase, as they will take the opportunity to scam you.
The details
Back in May, I purchased 2 tickets on level 3 of the Tottenham stadium (order no. 1424047), and was told that the seats would be allocated just before the game day (because of high demand for the game, which turned out not to be the case).
Since May, I have kept track of the prices for the tickets offered by hellotickets on their website. The price asked for 2 tickets, in the same zone where my tickets were eventually allocated, has been circling around 420 USD. The actual tickets and the seats were shared with me a few days before game day.
When I presented this frustration to their helpline, Augusto G. from the Customer Experience Team said " [...] The amount you paid corresponds to the price in effect at the time of your purchase [...]". The above would be fair in the situation where I would get my tickets right after purchase, in May, but because this happened 5 months apart, I can suspect that hellotickets made a +100% profit when selling me these overpriced tickets.
