Helloworld is far the best agency in Australia, I am a customer since they had a former name Best Flights, and they continue servicing at top levels.

Wrong name on the ticket!! What are you doing? When I check my name, I found it was wrong, I changed it. But still wrong! Service number always busy!!!! Never book from you again

I was hesitant booking online with a Company I didn't know but this was a great experience- the staff are helpful & it was an easy smooth transaction, prices were substantially cheaper, I would absolutely book through hellowword again 😊

Easy to book, and quite a few options to choose from, but no nice and concise print version of the e-ticket - expect to use at least a double-sided sheet even just for a simple return flight. Would be good to have visa advice pop-up with the destination.

I couldn't find see any information about whay baggage my ticket allowed, not before or after i bought it.
I got a confirmation call around 7pm from Helloworld which is ok but they also couldn't tell me about baggage with my ticket. He may have been in a different department but just display the information... i had to nearly yell to get his attention to stop him from just hanging up before i could ask him. But i guess i have a ticket for an ok price so that is good

The booking seemed to go really smoothly, but when I checked in for the first flight I was informed that both flights had been double booked, and unfortunately - on checking my bank statement - I found that I had also been double charged!

I tried several flight search engines, but most provided with a one fixed fare at a fixed departure time; whereas, Helloworld provided options to filter times of departure and arrivals which gave me more options that suited my personal needs. Other engines do not provide this option and so when I looked at what I wanted, Helloworld had the answers for me. So I went ahead and booked it. I had previously booked with Helloworld. Staff were happy tp assist with enquiries.

Helloworld was so easy to navigate and search for what you want with great competitive pricing NOT from budget BUT full service airlines! Great stuff! Glad I stumbled upon this service!

Very simple, clearly designed booking page and quick processing made my experience pretty much hassle free which is usually not my normal online scenario

I found the staff at Hello World to be extremely helpful, & they were able to get me the best possible price for the flight & car hire I required. Nothing was too much trouble & I would certainly do business with them again for any travel or holiday that I need to do.

I found the best price here for accommodation in singapore. The booking process and follow up confirmation was all fine. However I always go to booking.com for full information about accommodation as their website is excellent in this regard.
