Incompetent, unprofessional, childish, arrogant.
The google maps says the store is open - nobody picks up endless calls.
Another day, the phone call finally was answered, and the staff refused anything they said at the place when you are giving the device for the service. They do not explain anything and endlessly interrupt the customer when they are trying to ask a simple question. I had to heavily point not to interrupt me when I am explaining anything to them.
Repair service is miserable - at the place, staff promised repair within 2 weeks, but when you call them after 2 weeks, it has been said that diagnostics might take up to a MONTH and ANOTHER MONTH to repair. In addition, they refuse anything that was said or promised earlier in the store.
