2x took my money

2x took my money, but my sub didnt restart, helpdesk cannot be contacted, there is random phone number what doesnt work and exist, chat doesnt exist.. now im without money because this was my last money for next week... great company

Had Disney for three years

Had Disney for three years. Noticed kids watching shows that used the words gay, transgender, promoting black CRT and saying white supremacy in a cartoon. I heard many saying that they went woke and were pushing a Biden pedophila agenda. Well they are! Leave the kids alone. Cancelled!! Since you want to talk sex with kids. Go FK yourselves!

Unnecessary fees for ads

I’ve noticed there are ads that stream during movies on Disney plus now which was not there just some months ago. Tubi and several other FREE streaming platforms are FREE because they have ads and commercials. If Disney plus is going to have commercials, especially with how frequent they are, it should become a free streaming platform; however, the viewing options should remain with the quality of variation it has as of now.

Help Center Sucks. Content is great and diverse

I want to start by saying I love the content and think it is family oriented for EVERY family. I do appreciate this direction. Its just their Help center SUUUUUUUCKS! Like it was hard to get any questions answered and I couldn't figure out how to switch my bundle to a cheaper one through Disney+ and was just a maze to try and find Any way to contact an actual human being.

Called the Disney+ toll-free number

Called the Disney+ toll-free number. My call was answered by a gentleman named Lou (from NY...somewhere near Buffalo). He was GREAT!!! Lou was patient, smart and just genuinely epitomized exceptional customer service!!! I tried to leave this info using the automated survey, but my numbers (for some reason) just weren't accepted by the Disney Survey System. I'm hoping Lou gets these comments so he knows how very much I appreciated his assistance.

I was a subscriber but the new black cartoon was the straw that broke my back

I was a subscriber but the new black cartoon show that basically says that white people are bad and we owe black people reparations and you are making these cartoons for children. I had the channel because I liked a lot of the early Disney movies like monsters inc and toy story and my granddaughter likes these shows but to start teaching my granddaughters that she is bad because she is white and she owes black people money. And to top it off you are showing gay and transgender people in cartoons for 2 year old kids they don't understand this stuff you are putting this stuff inside their heads. So I canceled my subscription I was leaning on canceling when you put out buzz lightyear but it wasn't that bad but then you put out strange new worlds with a gay lead character and I was seriously thinking about canceling but the final straw was the black cartoon that saws that white people are bad and we owe money to black people. I have news for you I was never a slave owner and neither were my parents and their parents and their parents and they didn't even live in America at that time except for a few which were native Americans. When I was younger the characters weren't gay and they didn't talk about their sexual preferences other than the fact that Mickey was dating minnie mouse. We also didn't talk about races and the differences between the two they were shown as the same and they didn't make a big deal about these items. A two or three old child can't understand this stuff and you shouldn't be putting these thoughts in their heads. Disney is going to go broke and it's because you are forcing the beliefs of less than 3 percent of the population onto the other 97 percent of the population and we vote with our money and my money is going elsewhere. You will start to see the difference in your bottom line very quickly because I am not alone in these thoughts and I'm sure you are seeing this also because your last few movies have flopped and your park admissions are way down and now you are laying off your employees.

Absolutely junk

Absolutely junk. Mostly everything is Anti-white, Anti-Christian and Anti-Straight. It has turned from educational watching to indoctrination attacking straight, white, Christian and conservative viewers

Failed to Honor Promotion

I am a Verizon customer and there was a 6 month promotion through Verizon and Disney charged my account for months and when calling to get the situation resolved Disney
was not helpful was on hold for a long time to get approval from Management staff on charges that were not supposed to be charged due to it was a FREE 6 month promotion. When asked If somebody can contact me back or email me they were not allowed to do that is what I was told, I just had to sit on hold and wait until I got an answer definitely need better customer service....
Contacted Verizon as well and was told I was on the 6 month promotion but due to Disney charged me directly I needed to contact Disney. Well Word of advice when it comes to promotions they're NOT FREE they always will find a way to charge and bill you and then you spend time and inconvenience yourself to get the refund. It is always someone else fault I still have heard nothing to get a refund from Disney. I will take the time to contact my bank dispute the charges as well as contact Verizon agian due to the promotion was through them and Disney did not honor this promotion as well.
UPDATE... Disney did step up as of Jan 19th and refunded my money.

Trying to redeem a code and says its already redeemed when it's not, 2 hours with agent to avail, absolutely shocking customer service from such big company, made make another account in which I had to put my card details and lo and behold I got charged. Avoid

Absolute trash service….

Absolute trash service….. buffers and lags and buffers and lags. Internet speeds are good low latency and every other streaming service works flawlessly. Can’t get through 5 minutes of anything without it being a total mess.

This was the worst experience I have…

This was the worst experience I have ever had with support. I waited over an hour. I called their help line, was put on hold for an agent. The agent was helpful...to a point. She could not complete everything that needed to be done. She stated that she had to wait for a "tier 1 agent". So she put me on hold. Although she did check in with me every few minutes. This wait was over an hour. I expected more from Disney. There is no reason for this long of a wait. The issue was that I changed email addresses, so needed that updated. doens't seen like rocket science to me. very very dissapointed

New content is poor quality

Disney is coming out with a lot of poor quality of content. The old content is reasonably good. But if they want active subscription base, they should come out with good quality content.

The supervisors are lazy

The agents try to be helpful, however, supervisors are inconsiderate and rude. I have called 3 times and been on the phone on hold for 1hour and a half every single time, after asking multiple times to be transferred to a supervisor and nothing. I was told I’d get a call back and it’s been 4 days, today I called and the agent practically was reading the conversation between her and the supervisor and it very much seemed like she was set on not giving me a refund. Mind you, they have been charging 3 times a month since May! They owed me $75, I received a partial refund and they canceled my account without me asking them to, then I was charged the day after they canceled my account. Apparently none of those issues are big enough for a supervisor to handle it she stated “I will not be refunding her any further” ma'am I do not care about the refund, it’s the fact that money keeps being taken out of my account without authorization and I want to make sure this won’t happen again, which no agent is able to guarantee. It’s not that difficult, I enjoy my membership and never wanted to cancel it, now I have to resign up. Also, her fix to the issue was to give me 2 free months of disney plus, which technically are not free since they never actually gave me the full refund and also charged me a day after canceling my account so really the 2 months I had already paid for, incredible…… makes absolutely no sense to me.

My app is still not working and they canceled my membership

My app is still not working , I paid for this year membership and they said I don’t even have an account, I have the emails with the bills I paid and they just canceled my membership after I paid , so I paid for a Disney plus account but I don’t have it. and on top of that my app is saying that I have no internet connection while I’m on wifi and have cellular service and every other app works .
They didn’t help me at all .
