Worst Customer Support and Security Service

EA's Security service is a joke :
Apparently once you reported your account being hacked and activated 2FA - their standard security procedure is deactivating your 2FA and sending you a goddamn password change link :) Yeah, thanks a lot guys. Amazing.
Customer support is non-existent. My standards for CS are as low as it can be (I worked CS myself...) and only EA on this entire planet managed to anger me. They literally only speak in copy-paste corporate slogans of general nature and dont have even the slightest idea how their own services or departments work. Also I haven't got a single reply, a single "Hey, we are still working on it" in 2 months since I reported my issue. I dont even know if my case is in progress or not...
This company is hot garbage. Do yourself a favor, never deal with EA or at least never give them your money.

Absolutely garbage service

Absolutely garbage service. Went through 6 people and 1 apparent specialist and still nothing. Still don't have my Apex coins or my money back. Used their website, Twitter, and their phone line.

Absolutely TERRIBLE

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent £70 and didn't receive any content. I supplied the exact proof of purchase they suggested and they claimed that it wasn't valid and that they couldn't do anything else. After that they refused to answer any of my questions and refused to tell me why my proof of purchase wasn't eligible. Tried to contact EA multiple times through both live chat and Twitter and every time the same thing happened. Hours of time wasted and nothing to show for it. I'm having to get a refund through Microsoft for the second time because of EA's complete and utter incompetence. Disgrace of a company.

Ultimate team in madden 21 does not…

Ultimate team in madden 21 does not work for me, I haven’t received any rewards since I started playing. Ea support waste hours of my time to tell me they can’t help and are surprised that I’m annoyed with the situation. Complete joke

if i could give this a negative 1,000,000 i would how can a multimillion dollar company not have a fu number i can call. honestly fu EA worst fu customer services i've ever had. not even one fu phone number to get help for my account i wish i never spent 1,200 on this SIT ass account i fu hate EA worst fu gaming company in the entire world. sIT ass game service i fu hate this sIT ass company fu you give me my fu 1,200 back or give me my account back that some arap or russian hacked you stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful, absolutely awful

HAHAHA where can I start, I have tried to get my account back from the live chat about 12 times and not once have they been cooperative, they waste an hour of my time each time I go on ea help and just tell me “sorry your info doesn’t match”

Avoid Electronic Migraine at all costs - These robbers will never care about customers

The only reason there is any 1 star reviews is that you can not give negative stars. ea has zero customer support whatsoever , the hints start already trying to report an issua , asking for all kinds of things like ingame id and things they know people dont remember ,yet millions reporting login issues and all ea does is ask people screen shot it, and pretend they dont know what their own error looks like, then after ignoring you more days , never reading about issues they ask you fill out survey and pretend they can read, to really rub it in after people give up asking them. Ea keep sending message from noreply asking if they still need help.
Also ea is notorious for selling you a small buggy part of a game and demand you pay tons for for each bit until you are broke never getting to play the game to the end (vote with your wallet, dlc sucks). Avoid electronic migraine at all cost thats all ea will supply.
and go for a real game producer that give you a complete game and cares enough to let people play them by actually testing and fixing bugs in the games. I have reported same login issue 5 times and ea still has not given any help whatsoever.

Don't use. Daylight robbers

Sims 4 is my fav EA game. i thought it was reasonably priced when i downloaded it for £8.49 back in sept. now i absolutely despise the game because of EA. the are robbing pigs, i mean £34.99/$42 for a expansion pack?!

I have contacted them for a refund and the will give me one because im not gonna back down, but i was on a live chat with one of their agents and he was rude. he called me an "idiot" and said "your money says for my wages, you're not getting it back"

Absolutely vile.
