I contacted this company explaining how a method using their booking system could help integrate members by finding playing partners. As I am new to golf and having failed to find someone after 9 months felt that something needed to be done. No specific action was expected from HowDidIdo they they were only asked for their opinion and the possible integration by other clubs. Despite several reminders they simply will not respond even to acknowledge my messages.

This is a new version of what was a perfectly good golf club app I have been using for years. So what do the do? They create a new one which looks flashy but fails in lots of areas.
It clearly hasn’t been properly tested before being released.
I think they should go back to the drawing board.
Not only that but it is impossible to send them comments. They need to improve their act…
