Amazing Costumer Support
Me and my family had 2 flights with Ryanair recently and needed costumer support twice. Both times I didn't had to wait long and was very pleased with the service. The first time I contacted them was due to flight being cancelled and I just wanted to make sure everything is fine with next available flight that I was offered. It turned out that my brother and one of my children did "lost" their seats somehow. 5 min later everything was fixed and the the lady from the live chat-Natalia K even make sure that the child seat is next to my other child and me. I was very kind of her to go extra mile and make sure that everyone is seated together. That was on 22.01.2026
The second time I needed costumer support was when I did the online check in on our way back from easter holiday abroad, but instead of using my kids' british passports I used their EU ones and the sistem "rejected" their check in so they wasn't issued with boarding passes. We had to wait 24 hours for a check on the kids' status and approval from UK for them to enter the country, however our flight was due in 8 hours. That is when Alex S literally saved our flight. And again, there was no waiting time and the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you once again Alex S and Natalia K !!!
