It has been several weeks since my bank account was blocked with no reasons. I asked for support more than once and the problem has not been solved and no explanation has been given. At this point I will inform the competent Ombudsman, the press of my country and I will ask for the support of an agency specialized in this kind of money recovery actions.

There is no doubt that Wirex is a fraudulent company. There is no point at all in writing anything here in the community because you will not get any answers to your questions. The answers are all automated. The answers are just to buy time for Wirex and put your mind at ease.

I am owed a fortune by Wirex. I have been a customer of Wirex since 2017. Since September 2021, I suddenly could not log into my account. I was blocked without notice. At that time, there were coins worth approx. €80,000.00 in my account. Due to the price drop, these coins are currently "only" worth approx. €45,000.00. I have also tried to ask Wirex by email and here on the forum to transfer my coins immediately to my external wallets at Bianance. This was also promised to me several times - but not fulfilled until today.
I searched for support on the internet and found it. I work together with a person from the UK. He himself has also been defrauded by Wirex, more than a year ago. He has not received his coins back either. Together we have hired a lawyer. The lawyer wrote a letter to Wirex a month ago. Wirex was asked to transfer my coins to my external wallets at Binance within 14 days. The letter was sent by certificate of service and signature. We can prove the receipt of the letter by the signature. Nevertheless, the coins were not transferred. There was no reply from Wirex.

Since last week we have been working with the UK Police and Action Fraud and the Trading Standards Authority. It emerged yesterday that Wirex is no longer to be found at the office address provided. The offices are empty.

My colleague and I have filed a report with Action Fraud. You have to do the same if we still want to achieve something, otherwise it will be too late. What specifically do you have to do?

I had used Wirex for some time buying small amount of cryptos and transferring to my own ledger from time to time. Then last month I decided to withdraw my GBP balance to my current account to spend on something else. This is when the problems began. The withdrawal declined and the balance disappeared. 20 days later after numerous on line chats and emails I still do not have the monies, even though promised a number of times. Who Knows If I will ever get the missing balance.

This is the worst site i have ever use, change your crypto coins to cash the price difference between all the other markets and them is like the grand canyon you can't cash in your coin and put the cash back in your bank and the customer service is a joke i emailed them two over the last two day and they still have not got back to me , don't use these cowboys
