I paid £381.50 in advance for a dissertation proofreading and editing service. However, I did not received anything on our agreed deadline, around 5 days after I confirmed with the order placement.

I tracked almost everyday before the deadline with a so-called Sales & Customer Support / Senior Consultant, Angelina Martin (It is extremely possible that this is a fake identity) for the progress of my work. She kept saying "Yeah yeah don't worry,the writer is doing his job/ he's professional/ you will get your work delivered on time" all kinds of bs.

On the day of the deadline I still didn't receive ANYTHING. I spent 4 hours confronting with them (since 9am to 1pm), they kept telling me they're delivering...delivering...I waited for an hour and another hour and an another hour.

And, the CRAZIEST thing was when they finally sent me a file AFTER THE FREAKING DEADLINE, the so-called proofread work was EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHAT I SENT TO THEM. NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN CHANGED OR EDITED. I really lost it man. I called again, shouted to them again, they started with other bs like "It was only because the writer had to go to the hospital so it became a mess/ Oh please give us more time and we can make you happy.' and kept telling to calm down/ nothing to worry etc. OMG this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered in my life.

I was exhausted a long confrontation with them. Finally another so-called consultant Paul Singh (also suspiciously fake identity) agreed to give me refund as I requested since their website has written there will be a WITHIN DEADLINE DELIVERY GUARANTEE. But then after a while, he went like "if you need your money back so it will be refund but after writing cost which we have to pay our writer" and I was like WT*. He said it was because the writing still working it after the deadline for me!OMG...this guy was way too funny. They only started to work on the thing AFTER the agreed deadline as trying to compensate but STILL ASKING FOR MY MONEY. This is super crazy. People be beware and don't be stupid like me!
