Ordered 8 pastel dye set
Ordered 8 pastel dye set. Poor packaging or handling resulted in jar being smashed. Obviously all the other jars were covered in dye which made cleaning them a lengthy and avoidable if I'd recieved a replacement or full refund. It was bought because all colours would of compliments each other and one one was missing as there was no replacement for that colour or set. Although I recieved a refund it only covered the cost of the broken jar and therefore no good will for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Tony,
I’m surprised to find this review as you didn’t mention that you expected a full refund or a replacement in the email you sent to let me know that 1 of 8 jars had smashed.
I replied explaining that rinsing in warm water would clean the dye from the other jars, and that I would have sent a replacement had I any more stock in. I explained that I no longer stock Tiny Land stains, but should you want any more or want advice on how to use their product to look at their website and Facebook group. I also explained that I had placed the jars in the packaging I receive them in from Tiny Land, and had also packed them with extra packaging material and Fragile tape in a sturdy box.
It’s unfortunate that one of the jars was smashed by rough handling from Royal Mail, but although under no obligation to do so, I did refund you more than the price of one jar. Had you replied to my email stating you weren’t happy with this resolution, I would have gladly worked with you to find a solution more to your liking.
This is a very small business ran solely by myself, and I do always try my best to make sure my customers are happy. I’m sorry this hasn’t been the case this time.
