Their helper ratings are rigged. They filter out bad reviews from employers, only highlight 5 star ratings. Their helpers take their own sweet time to clean as employers pay by hours, so slower work means less work yet paid the same

TRUSTiway has not paid our properly prepared and approved claim! TRUSTiway have stated many times their intentions to pay! TRUStiway has not paid! nor does TRUSTiway intend too! TRUSTiway has continually used the drag it out technique!
My claim has been going on now for 15 months with empty promises and lies!
I never intended to write diapointing reviews! But it’s the only course I can now take to expose them and warn YOU of their apparent tactics.
Don’t be fooled check out TRUSTiway Insurence company before you risk your hard earned dollars! You just might loose your trust and your claim, even if it is a legitimate claim!
Just be aware of TRUSTiway…
…and YES, I was placed in the hospital a week prior to our trip and was medically required to abort our trip, all documented and provided!

We had an issue with our first Helpling cleaner. Thankfully, Helpling were very supportive in securing a new cleaner, who's fantastic. Helpling provide a great service and their communication is excellent. We're happy Helpling customers!!

I ordered a cleaner last Thursday evening and it's now Sunday and I have not had any confirmation if someone is coming this coming Thursday. Please advise if a cleaner will be attending.

It is not possible to speak directly with Helpling so late changes of personnel can’t be checked. I am fussy and very unwell so having to stand over a cleaner who has little English to make sure things are done is a real nuisance.

Great services and very friendly maids, they didn’t care about the time slot they just wanted to finish the whole house before leaving which is very nice the girls that I used are called Ellen and remedios

We wish we had never started with Helpling. We set up a weekly clean with Helpling. Got a message from the cleaner introducing herself, but then no further responses to our messages. She did not turn up for the clean. Then Helpling charged my card! I have cancelled the service and asked for refund. Apparently there is a cancellation charge, and I am not hopeful of getting my money back. Other reviews suggest problems getting these contracts cancelled. Main problem is there is no response when you try to contact them. A very bad experience and I would advise against using them.

I haven’t been able to find a consistent and reliable cleaner for 2yrs now. The last great cleaner was Sainzaya. Since then they either aren’t showing up, don’t confirm, or cancel at the last minute.

For the amount I’m paying Helpling/ it’s not worth it

Not knowing who I was going to get was a little concerning but Sara was lovely, helpful didn’t need too many directions to provide a good service. Thank you Sara

Really useful and convenient at a great price! Do wish they had a 3 weekly option though.

We are contractors for GreenClean under the Helpling platform and we have been receiving late or missing payments for all the jobs that we have done. We have tried communicating with them multiple times but there has been no response or it has taken weeks for a response. Do not hire them as they treat their contractors badly. They still owe us over $1000 (29th March 2019)

I’ve used Helpling on and off for a while now as I study and work full time. They’ve always been great with finding me cleaners or alternatives, and i was sad to lose a particular duo who did an amazing job. However I have just had Yessenia in and she is amazing and did the perfect job! I’ve tried alternatives to helpling but I always keep coming back - definitely recommend.
