Great idea and service. smooth interface to navigate and generally very good providers are available. Lots of variety and clear descriptions. I am very pleased with this service because you can try out several different providers or commit to a particular one.

It's a trustworthy service. The cleaners have their IDs checked by Helpling, and I think also receive covid-compliant cleaning training. I ordered a cleaning service once, the clearner came on time, the costs that i agreed to, was subtracted from my account after cleaning was done.

When you have any problem before/during/after your cleaning booking and need to contact their call centre, the first thing they say is "We're not the employers of the cleaners. You'd fix your problem with the cleaner yourself." So, better you try other cleaning services.

I am very happy with the helpling service. I had called customer service once and they where very helpful. also I am very happy with the cleaning lady that I got from them, it is easy to search for someone you like. I totally recomend it!

This service is excellent as the website works easy and it’s great to see that the platform is covid-19 proof. Cleaners do protect themselves and the customers wearing gloves and a facemask during the cleans.
