Don’t buy anything from this company — it’s a scam! Products take months to arrive, and when they finally do, they have nothing to do with the ad. The quality is terrible, they’re tiny, a complete rip-off. On top of that, when you contact them to request a return, they don’t respond. Total scam — I hope their company gets shut down soon!

I made the mistake of ordering items from this so called company. I wanted to get the HelveDisegno for my nieces for Christmas. I ordered 2 of them on 30 November, and 20 days later, there are no updates about my order. I'm about to travel and have been reaching to Customer Support non-stop, only to get generic emails that my order will get here on time. The initial confirmation said the order will be delivered in 5-9 business days. Horrible experience, non-existent customer support. I dont recommend anyone to buy from them.
