Normally I am happy with the service from Hema.
But this time I am not at all.
I have ordered 3 foto projects in November, not at the same time. the first one was still in production after 2 weeks despite my other 2 projects that were ordered later were already delivered.
It was quite the coincindence that the same evening I complained, it happend to ship out.
Also I am currently wording on a fotoproject and no matter what I do, it will not save any new changes past the first time I worked on it. For the third time I open it and much of my work has disappeared.
i am very disapointed.

Ordered online because they offered an extra discount on the sale items. To have my order faster I choose the "pick up in store"-option. When I arrived, after getting an email that my order arrived in store, nobody could find my order. After a few minutes of searching they were like "Yeah.. I can't find it. Go look for it yourself in the store". I walked out because I already lost enough time. So if you really need something, choose the option to deliver it at home because they don't bother finding your ordered items.

The customer service of Hema Meir Antwerp is bad to worse. Not only they arrogant attitude is bothering me but how they treat you as cattle
Take my advice and avoid this shop
