Can't say enough about the aftercare service I've received. After purchasing a lead earlier this year, through a third party who did not help at all I decided to contact H&B myself.
There was no hassle our product was replaced within a couple of days.
Fantastic service so I will deal direct with my next purchase.

A selection of truly tough toys for even the strongest of chewers!
My 5 month old Cockapoo is a destroyer of even the toughest toys and had managed to chew his way through some allegedly 'tough' rope toys in approximately 4 weeks and shred them totally! I was getting to the end of my tether, when I came across the amazing selection of tough toys on the Hem and Boo website. I went for one of their Extreme Rope Toys, which when I unpacked it, I feared I had bought one that was too big for Alfie. However, as soon as he saw it, my 'destroyer of toys' was soon happy carrying his new toy around to show the family, before finding the first human to play tug of war with him! A few weeks on, and the rope toy is still in one piece and is one of Alfie's favourite toys.
I was really impressed with the speed in which my order was delivered and can most definitely highly recommend Hem and Boo for their clear and easy to use website and speedy delivery. A 5 star company!
I will be back to buy some more toys for Alfie very soon!

Very good quality harness.
Very easy ordering, fast delivery very good quality harness very well made, this is the second one we've bought because the first one is still in great condition just wanted a change, love the colourful chevron collar as well our Border Terrier Ted will look great.
