Little advise : never purchase from this company/ Once I made the order (4.000€ sofa), I got a confirmation email saying I would receive another email with more details in the 1 to 3 upcoming days. Never received anything despite sending 3 emails to customer service : without answer + called multiple times : number is not available. After 10 days, my visa payment was "canceled". For safety, I needed to block my visa to be sure they would not credit the amount. Please run away!

Absolutely love my new couch (Capri) the design is incredible. Great customer service and order well in time! Can highly recommend. Only small feedback is that it would be great if it was possible to add delivery all the way up to apartment.

Bought a sofa that was wrongly advertised. Tried to be reasonable by offering to return it in exchange for a different model, but Hemdesigners was totally unreasonable and dishonest in response, and refused a return and refund.

Eventually went through mediation with the European Consumer Centre who sided with us. Hemdesigners accepted they had a legal duty to accept a return. We returned the sofa with DHL in perfect condition. Hemdesigners then tampered with the images to claim the sofa was damaged, and offered a refund that barely covered the cost of return, leaving us no choice but to go to court in Sweden and pursue a fraud claim through our bank. We are, at this point, almost EUR 2,500 out of pocket.

Without any doubt the worst experience I have had as a consumer in Europe. Avoid this sham company posing as a Swedish design brand. It is a cynical operation making basic products and defrauding its own customers.

Avoid this scam company!

Bought an expensive sofa that broke down right away. Hemdesigners refused to pay the money back or fix the sofa. After we won the case in ARN Hemdesigners still refuse to give our money back.
Terrible customer support and way to handle customers.

We ordered a Stanford helihem sofa. We never tried the sofa or knew this company, we trusted the ratings on trust pilot,and we are happy that we did that.
We got the sofa within the promised time to DK. And the quality is as we expected, we are very happy with our purchase. An especially thanks to Martyna for the super service
