I bought a pair of night-driving-glasses. After 40 days I received a sms that I have to pay costums!!!!!! And the glasses that received, FAKE FAKE FAKE!

Very poor quality and not at all costumer satisfaction oriented company policy. Items are not the same as shown on the website, but poor design and poor quality.

I am an adult who very often makes purchases online and have never had such negative experience as with this purchase.

Be aware of additional costs!

I have ordered 3 silly items, with total balance of little over 200 SEK, including delivery charges of 49 SEK. They sent all items separately, and I had to pay for the customs for the first item 83 SEK, the second 75 SEK, and so on.
Hemhuset.se has a policy were they promise to refund custom's costs over 150 SEK. So, it is your responsibility to have items delivered to you.
- If you decide to return items, again it is you who pay all return costs.
- If you decide not to pay custom's costs, then they charge you "for shipping and administrative costs, normally SEK 120 per package" (copied from their website).

So, however you calculate you're on the downside. In my case, I could have taken 350 SEK and spent them in the nearest shop and have much, much, MUCH better quality items and no headache at all. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life.

Rediculous! If I had known I was ordering a product from China that would take six weeks to get here, than I wouldn't have bothered! The fact that I ended up paying an import tax makes me furious - I thought I had ordered a product from Sweden. I hope this company goes out of business, ooner rather than later.
