I ordered a coat during the black friday sales. The delivery took a few weeks and I had to pay customs fees even though I had free delivery. However I sorted it out with the customer service who were very helpful and refund the extra cost in no time.
The quality of the coat is really good and is worth the wait. I would order again.

They confirmed receipt and inspection of my returned merchandise but did not respond to my multiple follow up emails about an overdue refund for 30 days. When I filed a chargeback request with my bank, they finally responded and pressured me to withdraw my dispute in good faith so they could refund me. My bank advised me against trusting their word. Very sketchy practice — not a trustworthy business at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The $325 wool coat I had waited over two weeks for was poor quality. It lacked the structured fit shown in the photos as well as a loose stitched button dangling off the front, it felt cheap. Beyond the product issues, they lack in staying on top of communication. After consistent emailing for a refund I was able to get a return label made. It was returned to their facility within 2 days. I didn't get my refund back for over a month. I had to keep emailing them numerous times before someone eventually got back to me. Their excuse was a "system error on their end." I suspect they would have kept my money. I looked at other reviews and I am not the only one this has happened to. Where they go radio silent once you return their product. Buyers beware! It comes off as high fashion but really it is over priced fast fashion from China. I will never be purchasing from this company again.

I'm giving 4 star just because it took a month to be delivered. But the support service (i spoke with Alice) was great. I've send an email about two weeks after i put my order. Since it was taking so long to get my coat I asked for a cancellation. They explain to me that it was too late to cancel it, so Alice upgraded my shipping method and the coat arrived a week after the last email we exchanged. I had also an issue with the custom duties and she take care of everything. The coat turn out to be incredible, so warm, perfect color and shape! It was a bless that i couldn't cancel my order.

Unfortunately another Asian based company that lies and tries to avoid refunds. I didn’t realize it was based in China, when I asked they said the coat was coming from UK warehouse but will take 6-9 days. But when returning they suddenly do not have a UK warehouse and returning to Germany costs 30% of the purchase item so they kindly cancelled the request without asking.

Coat was cute but very poor material and not as described, I was expecting a good vegan suede but got an overpriced denim jacket…

I purchased a jacket and submitted it for return. For whatever reason there was a glitch and it would not accept my email. I have written five emails and the company would not return my emails for assistance. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a clothing company

Overall, cute styles but the items were oversized and customer service was a bit slow to respond. Wish the piece worked!

Can’t judge the quality of material or design but I ordered this 11 days ago and it’s still being prepared for dispatch. It’s winter coat so hope it arrives before Spring.
Perhaps it’s being hand sewn on order!

Why oh why did I not take note of the poor reviews! The coat arrived fairly quickly and looked to be good quality but when I got it out of the box I realised that it wasn’t lined so essentially it’s a cardigan! It was also a bad shape-too small on the body but long arms and hanging off the shoulders, I tried to return it but they rejected my request citing high import fees to return it to Germany. Instead they offered me 25% off and suggested I take it to a tailor to make it fit! This goes against their own returns policy!
I’ve now opened a dispute with my bank as this whole thing has cost me over £200. Do not buy from this company!

First of all it took over 2 weeks for delivery. Once I received the jacket what I received was noting like the picture of what I thought I bought. In addition the jkt and sweater ordered in medium looked more like XL. Sent two emails with photos to their support email asking to exchange and never received a response. Use caution.

Honestly I was really afraid of ordering on their website because all the "reviews" on internet were in fact paid collaboration. I ordered on January 1st and received my package on January 12th which is very reasonable. I didn't had to communicate with the support so I cannot review that. However, the product (corvian wool coat) was very soft and high-quality. It did fit me well so I don't have to send it back (usually the complaints are about the returns). If you are sure that you will keep the product I think it's a nice investment. If you are unsure, be aware that the shipping return cost would be expensive.

UPDATE: The buttons on the inside and the collar of the neck part are way too loose I lost a button and had to go repair it.

Please avoid shopping from this website.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a coat and requested a return within the legal 14day period, as allowed under UK consumer law. At first my return request was rejected. Later they only offered a 25% refund caiming high import fees for returns from the UK.

After multiple emails no reasonable solution was offered. I noticed many other customers reporting similar issues. Also the quality of items very low.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I ordered a coat from Hemi Blurr on December 2nd. At the time of purchase, the website clearly stated that the order would be shipped by December 10th. It has now been over a month, and the package has still not arrived, nor does anyone seem to know where it is.

Customer service has been completely useless. They are unable to give me any clear information about the status of my order, no tracking updates, no real answers, just vague and repetitive responses. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Waiting this long without any transparency is frustrating and unprofessional. If an item cannot be shipped on time, customers should be informed honestly instead of being left in the dark.

This was my first and last purchase from Hemi Blurr. I will definitely not be buying from this brand again and would not recommend it to anyone who values reliable service and respect for customers.

The item was acceptable quality and reasonably priced, but the design was poor, so I chose to return it. Be warned, you will be expected to cover return shipping AND customs fees, this can be very expensive and is not very well signposted on their website. I have been in communication with the company's customer service function which has been vaguely helpful with a solution, but if they want to grow internationally they need to sort out a better returns system.

I recently received a package. I ordered a sweater, jacket, and coat. Everything arrived very quickly, even though I live in Poland. I'm delighted with the packaging. Everything was packed in a protective bag. It protected my items. The quality is perfect. It matches the description and photo. Thank you so much for these beautiful items. 🙏❤️

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. They will get your money never send the item and then say they willl keep 30% of the refund as import fees even though item never sent. KEEP PUSHING THEM TO SEND THE FULL REFUND WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTIONS AS THEY APPARENTLY OPERATE ON A SCAMMING TECHNIQUE!!!

Amazing customer support ! They took care of my needs perfectly on time !

This was my first time ordering from hemiblurr and I am overall pleased! I purchased the Medium “Halo Double-Faced Wool Coat with Scarf “ on Nov 26 and received it yesterday, December 17. Shipping definitely takes a long time and I reached out to them regarding this issue suggesting they update their shipping times on the site. Despite long waiting time, customer service team kept me updated and responded to my emails promptly.
As for the coat itself, upon first checking the quality is great!! It definitely has weight to it and it seems to be true 100% wool. My only concern would be with wool itself in general, I realized it slightly itches my skin if I don’t have some sort of barrier. So I also suggested that they could line the inside with a different material instead of only wool to prevent this. The pockets had temporary seams that I had to remove in order to use it. Once I did, pockets were great and functional. The coat is long and oversized which is exactly what I needed as a niqabi. The scarf is big and compliments it nicely.
The packaging was professional and neat. It came with a hanger and a coat cover bag that I can keep my coat in.
Granted, I need to wear it more to get an even better review but this is initial thoughts.
Overall, NOT a scam!

It took a month to receive my coat. It’s a nice piece, excellent quality at this price point and packaged beautifully. Customer service responded quickly but waiting a month for a seasonal item is not acceptable. My prior order had a similar delay. I doubt I’ll order again
