Order not Received, Ignore my Emails, Send Marketing Spam
Placed order on 24th November and received email saying it was shipped and I could track it. When try to track I just get a message saying order has been received and being processed. Delivery was meant to be 2 to 3 days. An order placed with another cbd website at the same time arrived on the 25th.
I've contacted them asking for an update but they've ignored me. Managed to bombard me with spam marketing emails already though, good to know what their priorities are - harass you into wasting more money with them on orders they don't fulfill.
I now have no option but to request a chargeback from my bank for failure to fulfill my order and ignoring my requests for an update.
