Beware, they take money and dont deliver
I ordered standard stock itms and paid for them on 9 Dec.
They eventually got round to posting my order on 15th Dec. One bound for Italy and the other bound for UK. To save on their shipping costs, they use one of these terrible postal agencies, and both my parcels are in limbo - nothign was delivered and nothing looks like it will be delivered. The new sales person at HempDepot (I am not allowed to give names) thinks he is being a good customer agent because he answers my emails and tells me I have to keep waiting. They take your money, and chose some bargain basement shipping agent who then try and bulk up their shipments to make efficient use of the pallette space, without any consideration to time, quality or security. I spent over $2000 and have nothing to show for it.
