Only good for the first day
I visited the chiropractor last week and he put the hot version of this on my back and it was absolutely brilliant at first so I decided to purchase some to take home. The first 2 times I used it it was amazing and heated up lovely and eased my pain. However the next day and from every day after it doesn't heat up anymore or ease my pain. It seems like when you break the seal and the air gets into it it looses its effects. Very disappointing

Hi Shelley, we are very saddened to hear about your experience with our Hot gel. We can assure you that the products have been independently tested and it has been verified that the ingredients do not lose their potency for six months after opening (and so legally we have the 6M symbol on the container). On a personal note, having used the gels for years myself, I would suggest that they do not lose their potency in a marked way for significantly longer than this. May I recommend using the gels after the shower or bath for added potency if you are not finding the desired results? The gels really do work, they are absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased that a lady gave me a tester to try it and my pain was actually gone within an hour. If I have some neck, or wrist pain from the gym, or other activities, this is the one to go for and I even bought one for my mom. I have both the Hot and the Ice one, but Hot one saw better result.
