20 days to ship

I placed my order on October 30th about 2 weeks went by with no progress on my order. When I reached out I will say I was impressed with how quickly they reached back out, however there was a system error and my order never got placed in the shipping batch. It's now the 11th of November and I'm not expected to recieve my order till the 18th. That equals 20 days i have been waiting for my package. This was not a cheap purchase and I am a bit frustrated that I have to wait so long. Probably will not be ordering from this company again

UPS broke my package when delivered

UPS broke my package when delivered, and said 'glass' and I arrived to the head piece broken. I contacted Hemper support, I had gotten the Protect+ and they sent me a replacement piece! I also bought another one of their pieces which are wonderful. They're pieces are good quality, but delivery services are just awful. nonetheless, an amazing job!

Ordered the XL Dios De Los Muertos…

Ordered the XL Dios De Los Muertos subscription box, bong came shattered. Was told that it would be replaced but would have to wait a week, haven’t heard anything since. While waiting for that bong, decided to order two of the XL beaker bongs as gifts. Box came with “paper” packing on one side and one of the bongs was completely shattered. Emailed them again about that while also waiting to hear back about the broken DDLM bong and it’s been 4 days, no response.

Great customer service. Loyalty matters!🤍

I’ve been ordering boxes for almost two years and never had a damaged piece, so it was awesome to get the quick and easy help, especially when these pieces really are a work of art.
The response was quick and personable from a helpful and laid-back staff when I needed a replacement for my broken glass.

I had an issue with my order being damaged-cat is a jerk

I had an issue with my bong being broken, the agreement says if you provide picture evidence of that in 48 hours, they replace the bong. I was very sad, now I’m very happy about this turn of events. Customer service was quick, kind, competent, and addressed my issue before I knew what to think. I’m thrilled! I didn’t even know that was part of the package. The shipping insurance is legit.

Hemper cares for the customer

I had ordered the july monthly box from Hemper and it had broken at some point in the delivery. I had paid for the protection plus to insure my box and made a claim. then protection plus had sent the issue back to the merchant (Hemper) and said it was on them. I was told I would receive an email from them and hadn't heard for a few weeks. So I decided to make a bad review on the Hemper box. Then they finally contacted me and asked for the photo of the broken bong but the photo was deleted and I had already thrown it out. Then without any hesitation they sent me the XL version of the bong free of charge. I had originally just wanted my $40 back but I have now received the bong and it is amazing, definitely worth the waiting for. props to Hemper for making it up without any problems, so they definitely care for their customers. I think the box is definitely worth a try but 100% honest its not worth $100 but you get a pretty nice bong, id say go for it and if you don’t like it your only down $40 (just needs some more bubble wrap).

i was charged for a subscription i canceled and got the confirmation for that i canceled the subscription almost 4 months and I cant get a refund for it and the package isnt even going to my house idk where its going(do not start a subscription with hemper this may happen to you)

Hemper is AMAZING

The company is very courteous and there is never any back and forth BS... they are very helpful, and they get the problem fixed faster than any other company that I deal with quite frankly!

A Solid company!!

A Solid company!!! I received my bonsai Subscription box, unfortunately the Bonsai bong i got was broken but sent a picture of it and they responded pretty fast and shipped a new one the very next morning out no problem! Thank you Hemper!
