Wow what a fantastic service. I literally ordered some tablets and CBD oil at around 1pm today (Wednesday) and the products were just delivered to me on the same day. That is definitely what it call fantastic service. Thank you.

We have a 7 year old autistic son who really struggles to contain his aggression and who started lashing out and kicking and punching us. After a discussion with this company we were recommended the 4800mg CBD Gummies and they have been amazing!! Whilst he still has meltdowns, he is now approachable to speak to and his aggressive outbursts are now non-existent. He takes 2 gummies in the morning and 2 at night. I can’t thank Jason and Adam enough for this recommendation.

The staff have enthusiasm and product knowledge but will defer to each other for the best customer experience. I have only shopped here twice but shall keep returning.

What a beautiful shop, very well presented. I came I with very little knowledge on CBD and asked the lady for some help, she was extremely knowledgeable which was very encouraging. I came away with some oil and some gummies and was told about their online store so can even have the oils posted out to me. I noticed the store had a plaque displayed as well for their customer service and I can see why

I went in there knowing I needed something to help the pain in my joints, a man called Jason took care of me and advised I used a roll on. I can't thank him and the shop enough, I hardly suffer at all now.

It was a fantastic experience, order 15 of the Cannabis lollipops, but only got sent 11 and the wrong ones. But when I rang up, he was so sorry told me to keep them and sent me the correct ones in the post which I received today I'm so thankful and would definitely buy more products again thanks Emily.

One of the best decisions I have made for a long time with regards to my health was walking into Hemphasize and talking to Adam and the other members of staff. I am no longer struggling to sleep, my anxiety is at a more controllable level and the trigger thumb that I had had two steroid injections for (the second one didn't work and I thought the only option was surgery) has all but disappeared. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are very friendly and professional.

I have been buying from Hemphasize for many years now Adams knowledge of his products and the staff at the Truro store are excellent, I originally went to Hemphasize due to having Fibromyalgia and have been using the Hemphasize CBD drops to help with the pain associated with the condition and also use the CBD roll on for aches caused by my job as a dog groomer now Hemphasize have there own brand of roll on I have moved over to using this. I only have praise for the products and finding Hemphasize when my pains were unbearable has been life changing as I do not have to use conventional pain relief that makes me tired and spaced out

I first come in the shop over 6 months ago and was greeted by Adam and I told me how I was feeling Ect and he said the oil would be best for me to start of with and see how I get on after a chat he made me feel better and normal about myself and how I was feeling, I rang up a couple days ago as I feel myself and my situation has got worse and the bloke on the phone gave me advice and what would be best for me and the bloke on the other end of the phone was Adam and I just wanna say thank you so much for that conversation and how much it helped me. The shop is amazing in truro and everyone is lovely

Well i got to say spoke to the welcoming staff told them my problem as was given a choice of ideas.
Well wish i done it years ago, it has helped so much that have been back for more and the roll on CBD to boost things along.

I had nothing to loose after being maxed out on pharmaceuticals. My pain was being dulled but never really getting better.
I went in and spoke to Adam. Never once did I feel pressured into buying.
It's now been about 6 weeks and what a difference!! I have the 20% the freeze roll on and the kokoro capsules. I've halved my meds and feeling so much better. I was running low on oil so cut back on how much I used and noticed a difference!

Where do I start! I was met with a warm welcome from the staff upon entry, they made me feel very comfortable talking to them about cbd and other products that I had interest in. The staff were more then happy to take their time with me to talk about and find the best products for me. I was amazed with the owners extensive knowledge on cbd and he was happy to tell me anything I wanted to know about the products and answer any questions I had. I definitely think I will be coming here from now on!

I started taking the CBD drops around 4 weeks ago. Previous to this I was taking the maximum amount of zapain a day along with a load of other prescription medications to help with the pain from my fibromyalgia, being tested for lupus as well as struggling with anxiety, depression and other things. I went in and spoke to Adam and he was so informative and you can clearly see he is passionate about his work! Since taking the cbd I have noticed a massive change in myself, and so have others around me. I am also taking the Kokoro capsules. I feel more energetic in the day, and I’m not waking up in the morning feeling like I haven’t had a nights sleep. I have decreased my medication and am feeling amazing! I have been buying CBD oil for the past few months from Hemphasize.. I call it the wonder oil.. my elderly mum who lives with us contracted the virus end of March and has struggled with fluid retention since then, fluid on her lungs has been the main issue for her, she has also struggled horrendously with anxiety and depression, panic attacks for years and years.. mum started taking CBD Oil 20% about 3 months ago, the change in her is unbelievable, her anxiety and depression have gone, she is a changed person and enjoys her life again.. our GP came out to see her and could not believe how well she looks, her kidney function was near failing, and now all her bloods are back to normal, including her kidneys.. I have recommended Hemphasize to so many people, for their knowledge on the products, and genuine care when advising.. we ran out last weekend and bought CBD oil from Boots, Dragonfly, I know the quality is nowhere near as good as these, my mum even said they didn’t feel right.. luckily I managed to get another bottle today. After a lifetime of suffering with anxiety and depression I had tried all sorts to help cope…until I came across Hemphasize CBD oil. It is honestly the best I’ve ever tried and I will 100% be the one I stick with. Also very speedy delivery and great service! 😊
