After 6 weeks of anxiety and terrible palpitations it has begun to subside , I'm sleeping better and feel more focused.
I was hoping for the best and it's delivered , no longer taking alot of beta blockers , so that's a win .

Really helps
I bought these drops specifically to help me with sleep. It has helped from the very first night I’ve taken it, I’m astounded I’m a really bad sleeper and I’ve tried so many different things to no avail so I was really sceptical. I cannot believe that I can go to bed every night and not have to wait for hours before I drop off. Not only that, my quality of sleep has improved dramatically. All I can say is, if you’re thinking of buying this then just do it!!

Dog no longer waking me at weekends :)
Amazing product and really responsive company to deal with. I contacted David for advice on my product choice and received incredibly helpful information from him. I’ve had my young rescue boy since October and he has proven to be a bit highly strung and reactive, upset when I leave the room and too active/rough for his brother from another mother. But for me, his early morning wake-up at weekends was a killer. I ordered the calming bites and calming dental sticks and already I’m floored. He gets the 5 bites in the morning and a dental stick going to bed.
On this bank holiday weekend, I got up at my own time each morning (which has not happened since October). This morning, stayed in til 11am just to see….. not a peep! In general, he’s more relaxed and we’re both appreciating it but this calm first thing in the morning is a game changer for me. I tend to spend hours awake between 3-7am and fall back aswell then. Unless I get my wake-up call on a cold, dark morning that is! Fingers crossed this is a new direction :)
