Do not waste your time and money

Do not waste your time and money! I ordered $80 worth of distalite and it tasted like plastic and Gabe me a horrible headache! When I tried to reach out several times I would get a canned response or ignored. This also happened with the owner of the company! They just kept saying they would check with their distributor! I switched to cannaclear and will never look back!

Never do business with Hempire Direct

I placed an order valued at $114.60 with Hempire Direct on 3/8/2021. The order's "Pre-Shipment" status with the USPS has not changed for 16 business days (today is 3/29/2021). The merchant's website claims that they ship their orders in 1-2 business days. My first attempt to contact the merchant was on 3/15/2021. I attempted to call the number provided on their customer service webpage during their hours of operation. The call went straight to voicemail. (All subsequent attempts to contact the merchant by phone had the same result.) I attempted to contact the merchant via their "live chat." There was no one on the other end. I requested an update on my order via the live chat. I waited two days for a reply and was told the package was on its way. On 3/18/2021 I requested that they double check that the order had been processed. I also did an internet search to attempt to learn more about the merchant. I learned that many others have alleged having trouble with the merchant, and that the merchant was engaged in suspicious and/or unethical and/or illegal business practices. I contacted USPS to request an investigation of the unsent package and they confirmed on 3/22/2021 that they never received the package (service request case no. 24386191). I left a comment on the merchant's website detailing my experience but the comment was deleted immediately after posting. Subsequent attempts were met with the same result. I demanded a refund from the merchant on 3/24/2021. On 3/25/2021 the refund was denied. I proceeded with a chargeback. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to follow my lead and report Benjamin Boyce and Hempire Direct to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for Internet Fraud. Go to ic3.gov to submit an Internet Crime Complaint. You can and should also file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission (1-877-FTC-HELP), and the Oregan and/or Colorado Department of Justice (it is not clear to me in which state Hempire Direct is registered). I never received my package

I never received my package. When I tracked it it said it was heading back to the seller. These people do not answer emails or phones. They have stolen over 200 dollars from me and I have just started working with my credit company and the BBB to get my money back and maybe even sue this scam company.
