The website is really easy to navigate and place an order. There customer service is great and they handled a question regarding the delivery address in a very quickly. The shipping/delivery time frame was also way faster than I anticipated. Over all great experience! Definitely recommend!

I was unable to order, platform rejects international cards
I was unable to order because your platform will not accept an international Visa card and you could not provide me with a simple quick alternative ,I found another provider who has an easy platform for payment and I ordered and received their excellent products in less than two days,

Shipping issues
For some reason HempMeds Mexico is never able to advise you when your order ships with a tracking number so you know when to expect it. It just shows up one day. Also, even after changing my "Ship To" address they sent it to the previous shipping address. Thank goodness they was someone there at the previous address to receive it.
