BUSINESS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!

I placed an order for some clothes with Hemporium in South Africa recently. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size which was my fault as I was used to ordering medium for all my clothes not taking into consideration South African men are somewhat bigger than most. Lol

I contacted Philippa at Hemporium by email and she responded almost immediately. She told me I could return the items and she would send me the right size once I gave her the tracking number. My package arrived in very good time and I was thrilled to see she had included 2 extra items to apologise for the inconvenience. Now THAT'S customer service!! I have no reservations in recommending anyone looking for hemp products at a great price to check out Hemporium SA. You will not be disappointed!
