I booked a Cappadocia tour from Istanbul, and on the whole, my experience was rather nice. It is a well-coordinated and timely event, which is great. Among the musts of the tour, for me personally, was the underground city tour. It may be rather small and crowded, but it is unique, indeed. It is a rather busy itinerary, though, so there isn’t much time to rest. It all goes perfectly if you lack time to see everything else.

Mainly visited Egypt to see their temples and historical sites, and it did not let me down. Especially Luxor; the buildings are huge and detailed, and one cannot help being impressed. A very good guide made sure everything went smoothly. One should just prepare for the heat, which can be really strong at times.
