Service après vente muet

Service après vente muet . Pas de réponse à ma demande de retour d’un manteau trop petit . J’ai envoyé 4 rappels en vain. Et à présent les 30 jours sont écoulés depuis peu . Cela mérite d’être signalé à la répression des fraudes . Publicité mensongère .

Aucune réponse pour ma demande de remboursement pour ma veste qui est malheureusement trop petite alors que c étais marqué prendre une taille au-dessus .je trouve ça honteux je pense que ce site n ai vraiment pas fiable

SAV honteux et injoignable

Commande effectuée pour un manteau Shelby le 16 octobre 2024, reçu vers le 6 novembre, delai de 30 jours pour un retour et un remboursement, mais lorsque vous ecrivez, aucune reponse aux différents mail ni formulaire de contact !!!
Honteux, le délai de 30 jours à fini par etre dépassé, et je veux retourner le manteau et me faire rembourser car il ne me va pas.

En date du 17 decembre, enfin un email reçu du service client, qui apparemment a changé d'adresse sans mise a jour sur le site internet ni sur leur formulaire de contact. L'adresse est desormais contact.henada @ gmail.com et non l'inverse comme precedemment.
Un remboursement est engagé et c'est le point positif.
